Chelsea Craig is a passionate advocate for bilingualism and a proud product of Quebec’s English public school system. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Concordia University and a Graduate Diploma in Management from HEC Montreal. Chelsea serves as a board member of the Quebec Community Groups Network and is the Director of Operations for MP Anthony Housefather.

Her dedication to the vitality of our schools and community shines through her extensive work in education and advocacy. Chelsea’s involvement in youth politics began during her studies, where she focused on Quebec-Canada relations. She was elected President of the Young Liberals of Canada (Quebec) from 2016-2018 and later served as President of the Liberal Party of Canada’s Quebec wing until 2022.

Professionally, Chelsea has consulted for non-profit organizations such as Canadian Parents for French, the Quebec Community Groups Network, and La Fondation Arbour. She was also a key member of APPELE-Quebec, opposing Bill 40, and played a leading role in organizing the anti-Bill 96 rally in Montreal in 2022.

Chelsea is running to represent Ward 2 for the EMSB, with a commitment to enhancing the vitality of our schools and ensuring they continue to thrive as centers of learning and community strength.
